Return & Refund Policy

At Harmoniq Works Sdn. Bhd., we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent return policies.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
• The item is unused and in its original packaging

For hygiene and technical reasons, used instruments, opened accessories, audio equipment, and consumables are not eligible for return unless they are defective upon arrival.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refund processing may take 7–14 working days

Non-Refundable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Products showing signs of use
• Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
